Eligibility

By law, our direct guardianship services are limited to incapacitated persons who have no one else to serve as their guardians. Priority is given to persons who are in life threatening situations, or who are experiencing abuse, neglect, self-neglect, exploitation or who are at significant risk of experiencing such problems.
